Churches
Together in the Northallerton Area are
running a digital photo competition as part of their plans for 'Hope'08' -
the nationwide initiative to get Christians more involved in their
communities.
So we
are looking to you for inspiring pictures on the general theme
of 'Hope' which might be used in a full-colour 2009 calendar. We
want these to depict all that
is best
in our
town
and its surrounding area - as a way of showing
how hope is part of our lives and the places in which we live them.
Not
every photo submitted can be included of course, but if you already
have
a
stunning shot
that
shows something
great about the people and places where we live, we want to see
it. Or if you know where to shoot that special picture
- go and get it!
What
we will try to do is show all the photographs we get on this web
site. Just make sure that you abide by the simple rules which you
will find below. In particular you must be happy to allow us to
both display them here and to print them if they are chosen for
the calendar.
Thank
You - and Happy Snapping
